October 17, 2021 — U.S District Court Judge Kevin McNulty in New Jersey sentenced Pagan’s Motorcycle Club boss Keith (Conan the Barbarian) Richter to two and a half years in federal prison for being a felon in possession of a firearm late last week. Richter, 62, was the club’s national president from late 2017 until this past summer when he relinquished the reins to Robert (Big Bob) Francis with the knowledge he was headed to prison.
Back in February, Richter was in a vehicle that was pulled over by Mercer County, New Jersey police and police found a firearm in a hidden compartment of the vehicle. He had just left an annual Pagan’s party held in Lancaster, Pennsylvania (outside Philadelphia) when he was arrested on his way back home to New York. Richter headquarters out of the club’s Long Island, New York chapter.
